Press Operator (Current Employee) says

"The management is by far the worst I have ever seen. Moral is at an all time low & the place has become a revolving door. The equipment is not properly maintained & outdated so, the job is 10 times harder than it has to be. They will not spend the money to provide you with the parts to do your daily tasks so, you are cleaning up ink spills all day. Management loves to write employees up so they can keep people in the department & never have to give them performance raises. The stress is very unhealthy. I could go on all day. If you value your mental & physical well-being, Stay Away! Cons: Management"

Press Operator (Current Employee) says

"If I could sum up my time there... I'll just state a policy of theres. If you're a minute late they take 2 hrs away from you regardless. So if you stay you work for 2 hours for free. Another if you call in on mandatory OT they take your vacation time. Cons: Managment and the new policies that were recently emplimented."

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"Be ready to work nights for at least 15 years, work 60+ hours a week, mandatory overtime and no respect or appreciation for your time/work. It doesn't matter if you work hard and do everything right, the only way to get ahead in this company is to know someone in a higher up management position. Cons: Everything else"

Roll Loader (Former Employee) says

"The job that I had at Sealed Air was a Roll Loader position. This position used to be a Class C job starting pay was $20hr, they changed it to a Class D job, dropped the pay down to $13hr, but kept all of the work the same (more work actually)!!! Also they will tell you that it's a possibility of getting a permanent position, but in actuality they stopped hiring for this position over a year ago!"

DNC Programmer III (Former Employee) says

"The Duncan campus is clicky and full of long time employees. It's impossible to work with anyone in that facility. Management is clueless, supervisors exist only to pamper a few select employees. It was a miserable experience. Thrilled to now work for a real company."

"Uma empresa muito boa para trabalhar, aprendi muitas coisas tais como: Sitema SAP,uma boa comunicação com a chefia,um bom relacionamento com os colegas de trabalho,a parte mais difícil do trabalho foi a mudança da empresa para outra cidade, a parte mais agradável era o relacionamento com os demais colaboradores da empresa. "Fear of my safetly daily. The gloves we wear do not prevent from getting burned. I have burned my hands several times and fear of the worst to happen to me. We are short staffed and those that are currently employed are working many overtimes hours (12 hour days), that again is subject to injuries and health related issues. My doctor has warned me to take time off and I can't in fear of my job. Cons: NO family time No Vacation Time (even tho we work for it) Mgmt"
